Our vision is to build one of the most respected youth basketball programs in the region by developing athletes who excel both on and off the court.
We strive to create a program known for discipline, hard work, leadership, and competitive excellence while preparing young athletes to grow into confident and successful adults.
MD Elite Outlaws was founded in 2017 by Phillip Graham with a vision of creating a basketball program that focused on more than just competition. His goal was to build an organization where young athletes could develop their skills, build confidence, and learn the life lessons that come through sports.
Growing up around the game of basketball, Phillip Graham understood the impact that strong mentorship, discipline, and teamwork can have on young athletes. He believed that basketball could be used as a powerful platform to guide players toward personal growth, leadership, and long-term success.
With that vision in mind, MD Elite Outlaws was created to provide a structured and competitive environment where players could receive quality coaching, develop their basketball abilities, and learn the importance of hard work, accountability, and respect.
Since its founding, the program has remained committed to helping athletes grow both on and off the court. Under Phillip Graham’s leadership, MD Elite Outlaws continues to focus on developing disciplined, confident, and motivated young athletes who represent the program with pride.
For Coach Graham, the mission has always been about more than basketball. It’s about helping young people build the character, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed in sports, school, and life.
